Return And Exchange Policy

Note : The customer has the option to exchange or return the product purchased from Al-Ittihad Club Store within 3 days for a return and 7 days for an exchange from the date of receipt of the product in some cases such as

1- If you receive a wrong product than the one order .

2- If you find that the product received is not the same size as the one ordered from the store .

3- If there is a defect in the quality of the product ordered.

4- The product cannot be returned or exchanged if it has a discount or offer.

5- If the order has been shipped but has not been received by the customer and has passed 7 days with the shipping company, it will be canceled and the shipping fees will be deducted or it will be re-shipped to the customer after paying the shipping fees (shipping fees are estimated according to the customer’s country).

6- If the customer wants to exchange or return the order based on his personal desire, he will bear the shipping fee (70 riyals) for orders from Saudi Arabia.

7- For orders from outside Saudi Arabia, if the customer wants to exchange or return the order based on his personal desire, he bears the shipping fees and they are estimated according to the customer’s country.

8- A T-shirt containing a name and a special number will not be permanently returned or exchanged

Note: The shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product are separate from the shipping cost paid when placing the order for the first time.

Return and Exchange conditions :

1- The product to be returned or exchanged must be in good condition and contain the special brand labels It does not contain a name or special number.

2- The requested product to be exchanged or returned is canceled from the order and its value is returned to the same paid card. Then, the customer can place a new order if it is an exchange.

3- The replacement fee is 70 riyals via shipping (SMSA) or free of charge by bringing the product to the store for orders from within Saudi Arabia. Shipping fees for orders from outside Saudi Arabia are estimated according to the customer’s country. The customer is excluded from paying shipping fees if the product is defective. Or different from his request.

4- The return fee is 70 riyals via shipping (SMSA) or 35 riyals by bringing the product to the store for orders from within Saudi Arabia. Shipping fees for orders from outside Saudi Arabia are estimated according to the customer’s country. The customer is excluded from paying shipping fees if the product is in it. Defective or different from its order.

5- The return fee for an order paid with Tabby (2% + 1 R + 15% tax). The return fee for an order paid with electronic payment is (1 R + 15% tax).

Return and Exchange Mechanism :

1- Contact us via WhatsApp through the "WhatsApp" option at the bottom of the store page

2- Explain the reason for the return or exchange, and it must comply with the return and exchange conditions of Al-Ittihad Club online store.

3- After ensuring that the reason for the return or exchange is compatible with the terms of return and exchange of the Al-Ittihad Club online store, the request is submitted to the relevant department to work on it, and the appropriate method of return or exchange must be determined for the customer according to his desire for orders from within Saudi Arabia (bring to the store or with SMSA), for orders from outside Saudi Arabia (with DHL)

4- After receiving the return or exchange request by the relevant department, the request is processed and the customer is contacted to determine the date for the exchange or return through the store or with SMSA or with DHL. A new waybill is sent, and the date for the return or exchange is set through the store within 5 days. - 7 working days from the date of submitting the request. The return or exchange is made through SMSA within 7-10 working days from the date of submitting the request. The return or exchange is made through DHL within 10-15 working days from the date of submitting the request.

5- After returning the product to the store, the previous order will be cancelled and the value will be refunded to the same card used for payment, with shipping and electronic payment fees deducted. The customer can then place a new order according to their preference through the store if the request is for "exchange".
