Return And Exchange Policy

Note : The customer has the option to exchange or return the product purchased from Al-Ittihad Club Store within 3 days for a return and 7 days for an exchange from the date of receipt of the product in some cases such as

1- If you receive a wrong product than the one order .

2- If you find that the product received is not the same size as the one ordered from the store .

3- If there is a defect in the quality of the product ordered.

4- The product cannot be returned or exchanged if it has a discount or offer.

5- If the order is shipped and not received by the customer and 10 days have passed with the shipping company, it will be canceled and the shipping fees will be deducted.

6- If the customer wants to exchange or return the order based on personal preference, they will bear the shipping costs (70 SAR).

7- A T-shirt containing a name and a special number will not be permanently returned or exchanged

Note: The shipping costs for returning or exchanging the product are separate from the shipping cost paid when placing the order for the first time.

Return and Exchange conditions :

1- The product to be returned or exchanged must be in good condition and contain the special brand labels It does not contain a name or special number.

2- The requested product to be exchanged or returned is canceled from the order and its value is returned to the same paid card. Then, the customer can place a new order if it is an exchange.

3- Exchange fees are 70 SAR by shipping (SMSA) or free by bringing the product to the store. The customer is exempt from paying shipping costs (70 SAR) if there is a defect or if it is different from their order.

4- Return fees are 70 SAR by shipping (SMSA) or 35 SAR by bringing the product to the store. The customer is exempt from paying shipping costs (70 SAR or 35 SAR) if there is a defect or if it is different from their order.

5- The return fee for an order paid with Tabby (2% + 1 R + 15% tax). The return fee for an order paid with electronic payment is (1 R + 15% tax).

Return and Exchange Mechanism :

1- Contact us via WhatsApp through the "WhatsApp" option at the bottom of the store page

2- Explain the reason for the return or exchange, and it must comply with the return and exchange conditions of Al-Ittihad Club online store.

3- After confirming the reason for the return or exchange and ensuring that it complies with the return and exchange conditions of Al-Ittihad Club Store, the request is submitted to the relevant department to work on it. The appropriate return or exchange method is determined according to the customer's preference (bringing it to the store or via SMSA).

4- After receiving the return or exchange request by the relevant department, the request will be processed and the customer will be contacted to determine a date for the exchange or return through the store or with SMSA. A new shipping label will be sent and the return or exchange will be made through the store within 5-7 workdays from the date of the request. The return or exchange will be made through SMSA within 7-10 workdays from the date of the request.

5- After returning the product to the store, the previous order will be cancelled and the value will be refunded to the same card used for payment, with shipping and electronic payment fees deducted. The customer can then place a new order according to their preference through the store if the request is for "exchange".
